RBI Grade B Salary
RBI Grade B Officer salary comes with several allowances and perks, apart from the basic monthly pay. As per the latest notification, RBI Grade B Officer salary is as follows:
- Basic Monthly Salary: The starting monthly Basic Salary of an RBI Grade B Officer is Rs 55,200 per month in 2024.
- Gross Monthly Salary: The starting Gross Monthly Salary (without HRA) is around Rs 1,16,914.
- HRA: If accommodation is not provided, officers are given HRA of 15% of the basic pay.
- In Hand Salary: Combining all the allowances and perks, the in hand salary of an officer is approximately more than Rs 1,16,000 per month.
- Pay Scale: The latest RBI Grade B pay scale is as follows – 55200-2850(9)-80850-EB-2850(2)-86550-3300(4)-99750 (16 years).
This means that RBI Grade B officers receive a handsome salary and a number of perks that help them maintain a high standard of living.
