Delhi Home Guard Admit Card 2024 Information
The Directorate General of Home Guards in Delhi started the process of submitting online applications for the interested candidates. This application submission time started from 24th January 2024 and ended on 13th February 2024. The organization has announced its plan to fill 10,285 Home Guard posts. The department will conduct a written exam to select the most suitable candidates for these posts.
To appear in this exam, candidates must first get the Delhi Home Guard Admit Card. This admit card is extremely important as it contains the name of the candidate, name of the exam, location of the exam center, time of the exam and other important instructions. The notification of Delhi Home Guard Recruitment was released on 24th January 2024 and online applications were invited from 24th January to 13th February 2024. Now DGHG has released the dates of the physical test, which will be held from 20 August to 7 September 2024. The admit card has been released on 6 August 2024.

The exam date has not been published by the department yet. After the exam date is announced, candidates can download their admit cards seven to ten days before the exam.
Delhi Home Guard Selection Process
Candidates will have to prove their eligibility in several stages for the posts of Home Guard. In the first stage, candidates will have to pass the Physical Measurement & Efficiency Test (PMET). Candidates are advised to read the guidelines prescribed for this exam carefully.
Only those candidates who pass the PMET will be eligible for the written test in the next stage. This test will consist of 80 multiple choice questions covering various topics related to the job. This exam is an important part of the selection process, so candidates should prepare well for this exam.

Delhi Police Home Guard Admit Card Details
Once the admit card will be released, candidates should make sure that it contains their personal and exam / submission details are mentioned correctly. The name of the candidate, father’s name, roll number, registration no and photo. The admit card will also have details regarding the exam time, total duration of examination and shift of the exam (if there is more than one), along with date of birth on it. Candidates can also find the exam city, exam center code, name and address of the examination centre to be printed on their admit card along with reporting time of Entry schedule. It will also possess date of the exam and signatured by the candidate.
It is extremely important that the candidates check all the information mentioned on the admit card carefully and inform the authorities immediately in case of any error. It is mandatory to bring a printout of the admit card to the exam center, as it will have to be shown to the invigilators for verification.
